- Individual Therapy: £55 per session
- Relationship Therapy: £75 per session (includes couples, siblings, or adult family members)
- Counselling Students: £45 per session

The Therapy Shed & Location
Your in-person sessions take place in “The Shed,” a dedicated and private garden room located in Flitch Green, Dunmow. This quiet sanctuary offers a secure, uninterrupted environment where you can step away from the busyness of daily life and focus entirely on your own wellbeing.
For your convenience, there is off-road parking available at the property. I am also located on an accessible bus route. If you are based further afield or prefer the comfort of your own home, I provide secure online sessions UK-wide via video call, ensuring you receive the same level of professional support regardless of your location.
